The fee for an initial consultation is displayed on the Website, and following that consultation we will provide you with a clear, itemised quote or price for any recommended training program before you commit to it. No ongoing training fees will be charged without your prior agreement to the quoted price.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
